Trett Consulting would not be the successful company it
is without the strength of its employees. Through a policy of continual
training, development and recruitment, Trett Consulting can offer its
clients the expertise they require.
We set ourselves a standard of excellence in the services
we offer. This standard is maintained by employing highly qualified and
motivated professionals, with a broad range of relevant experience. Many
of our staff have had experience of working overseas, and most of our
senior consultants have held management positions in construction and
engineering organisations.
The problems we are asked to investigate often involve
both technical and legal aspects. An important key to Trett's success
is that our staff not only have considerable experience in their particular
construction or engineering discipline but many have undertaken further
training in the law and arbitration practice and other forms of ADR. This
enables our consultants to scrutinise problems in the light of related
legislation and recent court decision, and to bridge the technical-legal
gap. With proven commercial acumen allied to an inquisitive and analytical
mind, our consultants have the resilience and resourcefulness to approach
any task with confidence.
