Paul is a chartered quantity surveyor with extensive experience in the engineering and construction businesses. Specialist experience lies within the building, civil engineering, water, process, power generation and railway projects, in respect of preparing and defending claims for delay and disruption, provision of expert witness reports on matters of quantum and planning, mediation and the preparation and defence of matters at Adjudication. He regularly advises on contractual and commercial issues and because of his background and experience provides bespoke training to clients on engineering forms of contract and commercial management.
